E-Tender here is an electronic tendering solution work similarly to the E-Procurement where an individual or business entity post a Buying Lead (Request for Quotation), exchange of relevant information in the Private Message Board and placing/award a contract. The major differences between the E-Tender and E-Procurement are the transparency of the bidding price and selection of bidder. Unlike the E-Procurement, the bidding price for E-Tender is not published to the public and only a verified member allowed to places a bid.
