OB21.com will only investigate problems
relating to violations that have substantial proof to claims. Violations
posted based on "hear say" or which supporting information
will not be investigated. Accepted violation include but are not
limited to:
- Violations to our terms of use
- Member complaints of spam/harassment
or interference form other members
- Attempts to bypass listing fees for
posted contract work
- Abuse of an account to defraud another
member, this includes offering products or services that are
misleading or deceitful to a postings requirement. Example:
Ebay reseller items and pirated software being presented as
original work.
Members/violations will be dealt with
in accordance to the severity of the violation which can range
from a warning or temporary suspension to account termination
where all fees are forfeit.
Only submit your complaint once. Multiple
submissions will only delay investigations.
